Ya desde hace unas semanas se dio inicio al período de talleres SIMUV logrando una buena acogida por parte de nuestros alumnos y alumnas. Esto, ha sido producto del esfuerzo mancomunado por parte de la Escuela de Obstetricia sede Reñaca y nuestra comunidad Educativa.
Durante esta semana se desarrollarán 23 talleres enfocados en distintas temáticas, donde el Equipo docente de nuestra Escuela ha desplegado todas sus herramientas para lograr un objetivo en común, que es la formación y fortalecimiento de competencias pero sobretodo, el poder encontrarnos nuevamente y de manera segura.
Pero que tienen de distintos estos talleres? La respuesta es Clave: «El sello personalizado UV», el cual se desarrolla como modelo único en la zona, por medio del trabajo con grupos pequeños ya que concentra un número menor de estudiantes en relación con otras casas de Estudio, con un máximo de 3 integrantes por Sala SIMUV, lo que propicia un acercamiento con las alumnas y alumnos, tornando un ambiente más participativo y solidario. Este modelo logra detectar dificultades y realizar readecuaciones del proceso formativo ya que el docente centra su atención en comprender lo qué y cómo están aprendiendo los alumnos y alumnas a través del diálogo y la interacción. Asimismo, en relación con el trabajo grupal, aumenta la motivación intrínseca y desarrolla la autonomía de los estudiantes.
Los Talleres SIMUV con sello personalizado UV de nuestra Escuela de Obstetricia y Puericultura, permiten el desarrollo de un ambiente emocional adecuado, logrando el respeto mutuo entre los diversos integrantes, con el fin de favorecer instancias de construcción colectiva y colaborativa de conocimientos, el cual es un requisito importante para el desarrollo adecuado del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
