En Chile, las iniciativas sanitarias para atender a personas trans se han ido desarrollando de manera progresiva pero a\u00fan muy incipientes a nivel pa\u00eds. Lo cual puede estar dificultado por la dominancia en nuestra sociedad de una visi\u00f3n binaria (hombre\/mujer) que ha abonado a la invisibilizaci\u00f3n de aquellas personas que no coinciden con los patrones convencionales de g\u00e9nero, favoreciendo de esta manera conductas sociales negativas como la discriminaci\u00f3n y hostilidad, y como consecuencia un deterioro de la salud de la salud f\u00edsica y emocional de las personas a lo largo de todo su ciclo vital.<\/p>\n
Es por esto que es fundamental generar instancias de discusi\u00f3n y de generaci\u00f3n de iniciativas que vayan en pos de fomentar atenciones en salud vinculadas con el enfoque de derecho. En base a esto es que el d\u00eda S\u00e1bado 15 de Mayo se desarrollo la primera jornada virtual \u201cACERCAMIENTO A UNA ATENCI\u00d3N INTEGRAL EN SALUD DE PERSONAS TRANS\u201d de la Escuela de Obstetricia y Puericultura que cont\u00f3 con la exposici\u00f3n de 3 profesionales de la salud que permitieron enriquecer a los mas de 80 participantes de la jornada.<\/p>\n
Se dio inicio a la jornada con la ponencia de Patricia Rodr\u00edguez Gonz\u00e1lez, matrona y acad\u00e9mica del Dpto de salud p\u00fablica y comunitaria de la Esc OyP , candidata a MG en Sexologia y socia activa de CAAOS Centro de Apoyo, Acompa\u00f1amiento y Orientaci\u00f3n Sexual con la tem\u00e1tica \u201dSalud en personas Trans en Chile \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 estamos?
\nPosterior a esto la Dra. Melissa Cifuentes Ar\u00e9valo, M\u00e9dica Ur\u00f3loga con sub especialidad en Uro ginecolog\u00eda, formaci\u00f3n en medicina p\u00e9lvica femenina y cirug\u00eda reconstructiva de personas trans, M\u00e9dica del policl\u00ednico de Identidad de g\u00e9nero y Miembro de la Fundaci\u00f3n DiverSalud abordo la tem\u00e1tica \u201cAvanzando hacia una salud Transafirmativa\u201d.<\/p>\n
